Vintage 90s black and white polka dot button down short sleeve top! Ties at the sides to cinch in the waist. Modest v-neck. Classic top. It would look great with any denim or skirts. I would pair this with a floral skirt or larger print polka dot skirt. 100% Polyester. Flaw(s): no noticeable flaws. In great condition!
