90s NWT Reversible Collar w/ Earrings

80s NWT detachable and reversible green plaid, and stripe sailor moon collar with matching plaid earrings. The large bow has a safety pin so you have a choice of which pattern you would like to wear. Great for mixing and matching patterns. This has a tag, not handmade but I think this was from a boutique based on the remainder of the tags. Feels like 100% Cotton. Flaw(s): no noticeable flaws. In excellent condition!
