90s Mesh Mini Dress w/ Flare Sleeves, S

Vintage 90s black mesh mini dress featuring subtle flare sleeves! The flare sleeves are hardly noticeable, but it does extend out. V-neck scoop neckline.  Mesh material is very stretchy. Semi-sheer but won’t be noticeable with nude undergarments. Made in the USA. Flaw(s): no noticeable flaws. In great condition!
