90s Heart Novelty Purse

Vintage 90s handmade heart shape novelty purse from the Philippines! This has all the bells and whistles. It's hand painted, has wire work, beading, floral trimming, pearls, rope, and chain. It's a small purse, probably meant for a teen. It fits a small cardholder, lip balm and gum. Great for decor as well. My favorite detail is the floral trimmed heart. Flaw(s): aged excess glue on the sides, but it doesn't effect the overall look, please see pics. In overall great condition!
