60s Novelty Structured Tote Bag

Vintage 60s fabric novelty structured tote featuring flowers, animals, and people! Very intricate. I am not familiar which specific culture it is depicting, if you know please share with me below. The animals include parrots, dogs, birds, and insects ranging from butterflies to moths. The people appears to be a man and woman, the man is playing an instrument. The color palette is blue, pink, and golden yellow on an aged ivory background that adds to the vintage look. The top corners has hinges to open and close the bag. Fully lined. One small open pocket on the inside. Flaw(s): light wear on the inside where the strip covers the hinges in the bag. In great condition!
