90s Black Floral Midi Dress *flawed*, M

Vintage 90s black button up short sleeve midi dress with a beautiful antique rise pattern! Princess cut, so the waist is defined. Tiny black buttons. The rose design has almost a painted look. Scoop neckline. Full skirt. Lightweight. 100% Rayon. Made in India. Flaw(s): a small bleach stain on the back and one uncolored fabric section near the stain.  There's also two uncolored fabric lines on the front right hand side one near the neckline and the other near side waist. The busy print disguises these flaws. Priced accordingly but still a stunning dress, I couldn't leave it behind. In good condition!
