Vintage late 90s Berek red pleated knit sweater skirt! High waisted skirt with resistance band. Top is smooth and the hips down has the pleating, so it's perfect to layer sweaters with it and not feel bulky. Lightweight and soft. Stretchy knit. 100% prima cotton. Made in the USA.
