Vintage 70s navy polka dot maxi dress featuring a large ruffled bib collar! Pilgrim meets prairie. The bib collar is front and back. It has a floral trim and ruffle all around. The polka dots are raised textured throughout, so you can feel the texture on the bib collar and the dress. This looks great as is, but it would also look cute layered with a poet sleeve top. No material tag, but it feels like cotton or a cotton polyester blend. Made in the USA. Flaw(s): no noticeable flaws. In great condition!
